About me

Self-inquiry has always played an important role in my life. I have been actively engaged in different self-inquiry methods throughout the years. Without these I do not know where I would be today. As everyone, I have been through difficult times.

I know, it is not easy to face ourselves. However, I do believe that there is nothing more important than doing this. We can find our true self only by looking inwards. Choosing between only suffering or evolving through suffering I voted for the second one. Never, for a second have I regretted this decision.

From a young age I am very interested in different cultures and self-developmental methods. Originally I am from Hungary but I lived 1 year in Japan when I was 16 and since 2016 I have been living in the Netherlands. My education was in Business Administration - HR where I have more then 10 years of work experience. 

As soon as I found myself on the journey of self-inquiry I knew this is worth doing. I have tried methods (family constellations, kinesiology, psychodrama, NLP). That is why the integral methodology is closest to my heart which means using different methods holistically during the coaching sessions.

For year I have been experiencing the positive impact of the integral method that is why, I believe that is why I can be authentic, I can say that it is worth doing. This is the reason why I have started to learn more about these techniques so now, I can help others on their journey of evolution.
